Hybrid Drives in the Tractor Construction

This bachelor’s thesis utilizes survey of types hybrid propulsion systems in the tractor construction. It evaluates its operational advantages and disadvantages and presents examples of some tractors and its elements. The thesis focuses on components which are used in hybrid propulsion systems. In the conclusion there is a review of individual variations in terms of emission and economy of operation.
On the production of an agricultural machinery part and its optimization

This master's thesis deals with the process of machining a forged connecting rod in cooperation with the company Zetor Tractors a.s. The first chapter of the thesis is focused on a detailed introduction of the company. The second chapter includes an elaborate analysis of the technical documentation and requirements concerning the making process of the subject of study, specifically the construction of the connecting rod. In the third chapter, the current production technology is discussed and described in detail. The aim of the fourth chapter is to propose an innovative technology which can be used for the production of connecting rods in the required quality. The fifth chapter is aimed at testing the newly designed technology. In the final, sixth, chapter, a technical and economical evaluation of the proposed procedure is performed.
Specifics of accidents Agricultural Technology

Master’s thesis focuses on the specifics of agricultural machinery accidents. The introductory part defines agricultural machines and its basic characteristics. It also analyzes specific technical regulations that govern the use of these machines in traffic. The experimental part then describes the methodology and interprets the results of conducted experimental measurements on driving dynamics of a tractor with carried accessory. These measurements consist of a break test in straight line, evasion manoeuvre and acceleration while turning left. The focus was given to not just the acceleration values, but also to the influence of the carried accessory, the load on the front axle or the tire pressure. The analysis of the findings made compares the results with the driving dynamics of ordinary passenger cars and provides a detail dissection of the most frequent causes of agricultural machinery accidents.
Driving dynamics of a tractor

This thesis analyses driving dynamics of tractors and its dependence on their weight and age. In the beginning, brief history of tractor development and definition of basic concept of the tractor analysis is described. The thesis states procedures for obtaining magnitudes necessary for determining of driving dynamics. Experimental part describes the realized measurement on chosen sample of tractors and interprets measured values. Last part of the thesis contains evaluation of the measurement results.

The concept takes account of the farm–machine relationship, the alterna- tive powertrain, and friendliness to the environment.
Tractor Shift Mechanism Analysis

The thesis focuses on the shifting mechanisms of manually shifted tractor transmissions. It provides a comprehensive overview of all significant structural nodes of the shift mechanism with an analysis of the influence of the structure on the resulting intensity of a force required for shifting. The main aim of this thesis is the design and validation of experimental equipment for measuring the force effects of the shift mechanism of a mass-produced tractor in actual operation. The design of the experimental equipment is based on a study of the used measuring technique and similar experimental equipment. The final structure is selected based on selection by the method of weighted values, taking into consideration the requirements of the structure. A functional measuring chain is designed and formed for the realization of the measurement. To evaluate the data from the technical experiment, a multibody model of the designed experimental device is created in the MSC Adams View software, through which the real parameters of the shift mechanism are obtained from the measured values. The designed experimental equipment brings the possibility of complete analysis and subsequent optimization of the tractor's shift mechanism
The Shape Study of a Tractor

Topic: futuristic tractor In my work I focused on the design of heavy tractor plow in the future between 15-20 years. The main aim was to provide a solution that would undertake the issue of adaptation to different working conditions in which the tractor is moving. Adaptivnost was therefore my main goal. Specifically, I focused on balancing the tractor with respect to the driver (cab should ideally be in the middle between the wheels and as low as possible to reduce fluctuations cab drivers are very annoying and negatively affects driving performance on the tractor) . This position is ideal for traveling, but not to work in small spaces and manipulate the front or rear aggregate when the requirements for the best visibility from the cab. Already in my sketches the main idea is evident when the tractor acts as a "compact housing", which change their length and position of the cab as required. For longer rides, such as dragging the machine back on the field, to extend the chassis cab and go down to the lowest position, thus creating an imaginary triangle (between the cabin and wheels), the lower base of the triangle is the longest and therefore the focus is what the lowest. Conversely for handling in a small space tractor chassis to "withdraw" - the smallest turning radius, while the cab driver to go and see better under the wheels, even on the front unit. As for power, and under current trends, it is considered that in the future will be the most efficient diesel-electric propulsion. Compared to existing engines will be smaller Diesel engine running at speed and deliver the ideal energy for the alternator, which converts it into electricity. energy for electric motors that are in each round. It has the advantage as an independent power to each wheel, improving acceleration, etc. As in the past, present and future, and my suggestion is having to deal with the fact that there always will be the engine, its chilling, and various other elements having a size and you can not change too much. With this fact I have worked from the beginning and to seek solutions that would be consistent with my intent. Finally, I chose the principle that the cabin extends hydraulically angle about 45 'forward and change the length distribution of wheel movement is going through the rear chassis rails. Visually, that is very closely linked to functional aspects, it is a clean and easily readable morphology. Design of a stubble cultivators for aggregation with a tractor 75k

This bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a fully mounted cultivator in a three-point tractor hitch, cat. 2N/2. A short search of similar equipment and tractors of the corresponding power range was performed. The concept is designed and based on analytical calculations of dimensional and functional properties. Strength calculations are performed according to the standard, critical points of the equipment are checked. The work contains pictures of 3D models and drawing documentation.
Stress - strain study fo tractor body

This master thesis deals with the creation of a computational model of the load bearing part of the tractor and the subsequent implementation of the stress – strain analysis. In terms of critical working conditions, it is focused on three different load cases. Based on the results of the numerical simulation, the optimization of key components is further proposed. Modifications of the model and individual simulations of the operating conditions of the tractor body are performed in the Ansys program. Finally, an evaluation of the results, including their comparison, is made.
Study of large trucks for road transport

It introduces description of the various units, their specific features and estimate of the contribution of using these trucks to the traffic.
